Thanksgiving week has a few new offerings and should allow me some time to catch up on my backlog.
- Marvel’s Runaways (Hulu) Series Premiere, Tuesday – I’m still not on Hulu but this series is getting some good buzz which is much needed for a Marvel series, this one with a little teen drama.
- Godless (Net) Series Premiere, Wednesday – An epic western from Steven Soderbergh with Jeff Daniels and Michelle Dockery that might have some promise.
- Thanksgiving Day Parade/National Dog Show (NBC) Thursday, 9an/12pm – Happy Thanksgiving!
- She’s Gotta Have It (Net) Series Premiere, Thursday – Spike Lee brings a tv version of his ’86 film about a late 20s woman with friends, work, and lovers and with his directing all the eps might be worth a look.
- Frontier (Net) Season Premiere, Friday – A second season of a show I don’t remember that doesn’t seem to have great buzz with Jason Momoa in an ‘action-packed adventure drama’ looking at the fur trade in the late 18th century.
