- Anthony Bourdain (Trav, 9pm) Season Premiere – Kicks off in Cuba.
- The Closer/Rizzoli & Isles (TNT, 9/10pm) Season Premieres – More detecting, some better than others, as we prepare to say goodbye to Brenda Leigh Johnson.
- HGTV Design Star (HGTV, 9pm) Season Premiere – Competitors start by designing their temporary home, and by home I mean Penthouse.
- Man vs Wild (Disc, 9pm) Season Premiere – Jake Gyllenhaal tags along with Bear.
- Surprise Homecoming (TLC, 10pm) Series Premiere – Billy Ray Cyrus hosts this feel good welcoming.
Tuesday
- Food(ography)/United Tastes of America (Cook, 9/10pm) Season Premieres – More food.
- Gordon Ramsay’s Great Escape (BBCA, 9pm) Series Premiere – Kicks off in Vietnam.
- I Hate My Kitchen (DIY, 9pm) Season Premiere – I assume they make them better.
- Chopped (Food, 10pm) Season Premiere – Four British chefs face off.
Wednesday
- Lucy Must Be Traded, Charlie Brown (ABC, 8pm) – Baseball Peanuts style.
- Ghost Hunters International/Legend Quest (Syfy, 9/10pm) Season/Series Premieres – Ghosts and legendary artifacts across the globe.
- Roseanne’s Nuts/Dance Moms (Life, 9/10pm) Series Premieres – More reality as we see if Roseanne Barr is crazy or just a nut farmer and then stage moms dance style.
- Sons of Guns/One Man Army (Disc, 9/10pm) Season/Series Premieres – Gun works and then four compete.
- Damages (DirTV, 10pm) Season Premiere – I couldn’t quite stick with this show.
- Rescue Me (Fx, 10pm) Season Premiere – The final season commences.
- Who the (Bleep) Did I Marry/I Married a Mobster (ID, 10/10:30pm) Season/Series Premieres – Not really a doctor and then really a mobster.
- The Franchise (Show, 10pm) Series Premiere – A season with the San Francisco Giants.
Thursday
- Sweet Home Alabama/Texas Women (CMT, 9/10pm) Series Premieres – Bachelorette southern style and then following four ladies of Texas.
- The Green Room with Paul Provenza (Show, 11pm) Season Premiere – Guests.
Friday
- Friday Night Lights (NBC, 8pm) Series Finale – My plans to catch up to the final season haven’t manifested so I’ll get this at some point.
- Haven (Syfy, 10pm) Season Premiere – Another season of odd occurrences in this small town series.
Saturday
- Home by Novogratz (HGTV, 10pm) Series Premiere – Home makeovers from husband and wife design team.
- Pit Boss (AnPl, 10pm) Season Premiere – More rescues and in this ep homeless learn how to keep their pits well behaved.
Sunday
- Zen (PBS, 9pm) Miniseries Premiere – Rufus Sewell stars as Italian detective looks to solve personal and professional situations.
- Big Rich Texas (Styl, 9pm) Series Premiere – Dallas socialites and their daughters.
- Auction Hunters/Bar Rescue (Spike, 9:30/10pm) Season Premieres – Hunting at auctions and trying to rescue bars, I like a descriptive title.
- Breaking Bad (AMC, 10pm) Season Premiere – I just couldn’t take this show anymore, it’s good, but they all became too unsympathetic.
- Heat Seekers (Food, 10pm) Series Premiere – A look at spicy foods.
- My Strange Addiction (TLC, 10pm) Season Premiere – Strange doesn’t quite describe it.
